Corrections keep the record honest.
We do not silently rewrite. Every material change is dated and described.
When a Justicara report is factually wrong or materially incomplete, the correction is issued in public and stays attached to the piece it corrects. The log below is the full record.

What counts
Three kinds of change
Not every edit is a correction, and calling everything a correction would make the word meaningless. Each change is classified before it is made.

A statement was accurate but open to being read the wrong way.
What happens
The wording is sharpened and a note explains what was ambiguous. The original meaning is not changed.
Update
Trigger
The report was right, and then events moved.
What happens
New material is added with its own date. The earlier account stays visible rather than being overwritten.

Reporting an error
Four steps. The more precisely a request identifies the claim and the document, the faster it can be resolved.

Name the claim
Tell us the report, the specific sentence, and why it appears inaccurate or incomplete.

Attach the document
Link the judgment, statute, filing or official record that supports the correction.

We check it
The claim is compared against the original sources and any new material you have sent.

We answer either way
If a change is warranted, the report is updated and logged here. If not, we tell you why.
Our promise
We never silently rewrite substantive reporting.
Material corrections remain part of the public record. Where a report has been changed, the change is dated and described — not quietly erased.
