Fact vs. analysis
Every case file should separate confirmed facts from interpretation and open questions.
Primary-source preference
Court records, laws, official statements and original reports are preferred over second-hand summaries.
Uncertainty visible
When something is alleged, disputed, incomplete or unverifiable, the wording should say so.
Corrections recorded
Corrections and material updates should remain visible instead of silently replacing the record.
Safe civic framing
Accountability reporting should avoid incitement, personal abuse, doxxing, or claims beyond the evidence.
